Homemade Garam Masala Powder- Kerala Style

ach state has its own spice mix or masala powder. Nothing can beat the flavor and aroma of homemade masala powder. Today I am sharing with you Kerala style garam masala powder as my next post is the most popular kadala curry of Kerala. I have used only this garam masala powder to prepare kadala curry.This masala powder is used for most of the Kerala dishes including non vegetarian dishes. 

Tasty Kerala Style Fish Biriyani

igredients
For fish masala
King fish - ½ kg
Onion - 2 big

Kerala Style Kallushapu Beef Fry

Ingredients
Beef - ½ kg, cleaned & cut into small-medium size cubes
For Marination
Small onion - 1 cup, crushed

Kerala Style Beef /Meat Cutlet

Ingredients
Beef - ½ kg ( cut into medium sized cubes)
Ginger - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Meat masala/Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
